About the Role:
BELU SERVICES is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Cleaner to join our team in Dallas, TX! Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior building spaces including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility procedures
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or building maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
